My name is Marissa Lee and I am excited to be a part of the VRMS family this upcoming school year. I will be in my 4th year teaching and have experience in each grade band. I am excited to also be coaching the Volleyball team next year. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Arts in Teaching in Special Education at the University of West Georgia. I have a deep passion to close the gaps in learning and want to make sure every student succeeds. I am married to my husband of 5 years, who is a teacher in Coweta County. We have a new daughter that will be one in June, and two adorable dogs! We currently live in Newnan near the Carroll county line. I love reading, writing, a good podcast and good music. I look forward to meeting all of the students and planning for the school year ahead. Go Wildcats!
