My name is Jaynie Jackson, but friends and family call me Kaitlyn! As the Art Teacher at Villa Rica Middle School I am dedicated to growing and supporting our students' creative learning. I began teaching the Visual Arts in 2020 and am so excited to continue the journey again this year! I graduated with Honors from the University of West Georgia having earned a BFA in Art Education, and a Minor in Philosophy. I am currently working to earn a Gifted Certification Endorsement. I live in Carroll County with my husband, Dustin and our dog, Toochie, our gecko, Nigal, and our fish, Blueberry. God, family, teaching, ceramics, vegetable/flower gardening, and learning are my biggest passions in life! I cannot wait to continue to work with VRMS Staff, Parents, and Students to build a Visual Arts Program that serves the youth of Carroll County.
